Benjamin Stanger represents clients in all areas of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, finance, leasing, joint ventures and partnerships. 

As head of the Leasing Practice at the firm, a strong focus of Ben’s practice is commercial leasing—representing developers, landlords, tenants, and subtenants in ground leases, master leases, hotel leases, warehouse leases, office and retail leases, and leasehold/subleasehold condominium transactions—across all asset classes. A significant portion of Ben’s leasing representation is in the arena of complex ground-leasing transactions (including sale-leasebacks) used as a vehicle for capitalization or recapitalization, including for new development projects and stabilized assets. Ben is sought after for his in-depth knowledge of the subject matter, keen business insight, and detailed-oriented and thorough, yet efficient, approach.
